In addition to Uruguay doves, Santa Elena as well as all of Los Gauchos Outfitters Colonia area destinations provide Uruguay Perdiz hunts during the Perdiz hunting season.

Uruguay doves are available year round and the Uruguay Perdiz are available May, June, and July.
